Dubliner_loving_Muscat

Seats were so tight and uncomfortable for long distances. Also Lufthansa personnel didnt give me ticket for Frankrfurt-Muscat when at check-in in Dublin . My trip was Dublin-Frankfurt and then Frankfurt-Muscat. The Frankfurt-Muscat and vise versa was operated by OmanAir but paid for Lufthansa. However, when i checked-in in Muscat back to Dublin, OmanAir personnel were able to give me both tickets Muscat-Frankfurt and Frankfurt-Dublin tickets Even though its paid for Lufthansa and the trip FRANKFURT-DUBLIN was totally operated by Lufthansa. THe service was ok, however, OmanAirpersonnel refused 2 kg bag as it was 2nd bag and asked me to pay extra of 78 Omnai Ryal for that. While its allowed if i booked through OmanAir as they said. So unfair treat and stricter rules for Lufthansa customers while no coverage for Muscat-Frankfurt route. So Lufthansa was terrible and pricey for no reason and also Oman Air aircraft were too tight uncomfortable for 7 hours trips
