I payd for seats both ways, did not get those seats, neither way. Also I payd for handluggage and on my way home it was only permitted to take one item in to the plain. On the e-ticket was said terminal 3 so I waited there for over an hour, when I asked around, the plain left from terminal 2, so I had to walk through the airport to find the right place. But worst of all there was over 2 hours delay. So I will not recommend this airline to anyone

Horrible experience. Booked and paid but my ticket was not found when trying to check in at airport... loooong wait before getting help, almost missed my trip because my booking even though PAID for was just pending. Not acceptable! Expecting a refund or compensation atleast!
