OPODO TAKES ITS FIRST STEP INTO ITALY
Pan-European online travel service takes over management of Eviaggi

London, September 22, 2004 Opodo, the pan-European online travel service, today announced that it has signed a Management Services Agreement with Eviaggi to take over the operational management of the Italian Internet travel portal. The Rome based portal, which was founded in 2000, became a 100% subsidiary of Amadeus, Opodo's majority shareholder, in 2001. Offering a full range of travel products, including flights, hotels, car hire and package holidays, Eviaggi is one of the major online players on the Italian market, with a market share of around 20% of all air bookings booked in Italy via online travel agencies.
