Online Travel Portal Limited appoints Simon Tucker as Chief Financial Officer and expands senior team

| Online Travel Portal Limited, the new pan-European travel portal backed by nine leading shareholder airlines - Aer Lingus, Air France, Alitalia, Austrian Airlines, British Airways, Finnair, Iberia, KLM, Lufthansa and Amadeus - has appointed Simon Tucker as Chief Financial Officer. Simon Tucker (40) brings to Online Travel Portal Limited an impressive 11 year track record in corporate finance and business planning, working at Director level with global travel services and e-commerce platforms including Thomas Cook and Hertz. Tucker's Board-level appointment as Chief Financial Officer is the third the company has made since 5 February 2001. He joins Chief Executive Officer, Giovanni Bisignani (former Alitalia CEO) and Marketing Director, Nicolas De Santis (previously Chief Marketing Officer and SVP at beenz.com). Prior to joining Online Travel Portal Limited, Tucker launched the internet travel agency Dreamticket.com, where he was responsible for negotiating venture capital and securing key industry partnership deals. Commenting on his appointment, Tucker said: "I am delighted to have joined Online Travel Portal Limited. As Finance Director of the Global Traveller Services division for Europe's leading travel group, Thomas Cook, Tucker established a strategy focused on delivering new products and distribution channels alongside the group's traditional travel and financial services offering. Within a year Tucker had been instrumental in successfully launching the business, which was to become part of Thomas Cook Global Financial Services. It was at Hertz (1994-1997) that Tucker enjoyed his first taste of working at a pan-European level. First as Director of Business Planning for Hertz Europe and later as Finance Director of Hertz Germany, where he generated sales growth, increased market share, and achieved sustained profitability.
