Opodo, the Pan-European online travel portal has awarded Energis a major upgrade to their existing contract in order to expand its managed hosting service.

To date Energis has been responsible for the managed website hosting of Opodo’s three markets: UK, Germany and France. Further to this, they will also provide new infrastructure and support for Opodo’s new data warehouse, which will enable Opodo to store and analyse customer data and tailor its services further to meet customers needs.

Energis provides Opodo with one of the most technically advanced hosting environments in use today and Opodo has enjoyed unrivalled levels of availability since the launch of its first site in Germany in November 2001 and subsequent launches in the UK and France in January & April this year.
