| Simon Vincent Chief Executive Officer Simon Vincent is Chief Executive Officer of Opodo with over 20 years experience in the travel and financial services industries at senior director level. Prior to joining Opodo he was working with private equity companies on management buy-in opportunities within the leisure industry. Simon spent 15 years at Thomas Cook UK in a series of senior positions including Managing Director of Tour Operations, Chief Operating Officer UK Travel and Managing Director of JMC Holidays. Simon began his career at HSBC. Matt Murphy Chief Financial Officer Matt Murphy is the Chief Financial Officer of Opodo. Prior to joining the company he was CFO for e-Travel where he was responsible for managing e-Travel's finance, accounting, facilities and human resources functions. Before joining e-Travel, Matt worked in the Silicon Valley area of California as a senior manager in the audit and business advisory practice at Arthur Andersen LLP. Garry Thompson Human Resources Director As Human Resources Director of Opodo, Garry is responsible for developing the HR and organisation development strategy, to enable it to fully support Opodo's business direction and future growth plans. Garry brings nineteen years of Human Resources experience to Opodo, fifteen years of which have been within the travel technology industry. His previous role was as Head of HR for Amadeus Services Ltd and prior to this, Garry worked for 11 years at Galileo United Kingdom where he was responsible for all aspects of Human Resources. Sally Balcombe Product Director Sally Balcombe is Product Director for Opodo with responsibility for developing Opodo's portfolio of air and non-air products. Sally has over 20 years experience in the travel industry most recently as Managing Director, Specialist Sun Division, Specialist Holidays Group (TUI AG). Prior to this she held a variety of senior positions at British Airways Holidays including Managing Director from 2000 to 2001. Tamara Orlich General Counsel Tamara Orlich is General Counsel for Opodo with responsibility for all legal and corporate secretarial matters in UK, France, Germany, Italy and the Nordic markets. Tamara qualified as a lawyer in both England and Spain and has over 14 years experience in international commercial law. She joined Opodo in 2002 from ICO Global Communications where she was Global Commercial Lawyer. Her private practice experience includes 6 years at Linklaters in London and 3 years at Bufete Armero (now Uria Menendez) in Madrid. Marco Trecroce Chief Operating Officer Marco Trecroce is Chief Operating Officer for Opodo with responsibility for technology and operations across the whole of the Opodo Group. He has over 17 years international experience in the Travel and Leisure, Information Technology and Management Consulting industries. Most recently he was a Management Consultant for Amadeus and prior to this was UK Group Business Transformation & Operations Director for Thomas Cook AG, UK. Previous companies include MyTravel, IBM and six years at Arthur Andersen in Canada. |
